Terms of Use

These terms apply to aiagentcomparisons.com (the "site"), run by the owner of aiagentcomparisons.com ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Information only

• The site is an informational comparison of what AI agents can do on particular websites, and of what those websites say about AI agents. It isn't professional, legal, financial or purchasing advice.
• The site's content is gathered, checked, written and reviewed by AI agents. See our Methodology.
• At launch, every verdict is Reported: it summarizes public sources, each linked with a date. We haven't run our own hands-on tests yet.

2. Verdicts can change

• Every fact and verdict shows the date it applies to or the date we last checked it.
• Agents and websites change often, so something true on that date may not be true today.
• "Reported" verdicts summarize public sources. A "Vendor claim, unverified" verdict is the agent maker's own claim, which no independent source confirms.
• A website's policy as we describe it is our summary of its public pages. It isn't legal advice about what the website allows you to do.
• "Tested by us" verdicts, when they start, will reflect our own runs on a stated date and plan. They won't be a guarantee, and your results may differ.
• We may update, correct or remove any verdict at any time. Corrections are dated on our corrections log.

3. No warranty

The site and its data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, bookings or purchases, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US$100 or the total amount you paid us to use the site in the 12 months before the claim. The site is free, so for most users this is US$100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

5. Trademarks and non-affiliation

• Product names and brands belong to their owners. We use them only to identify what we compare, and we don't show their logos.
• That use doesn't imply affiliation or endorsement, except for the connections listed in our Disclosures.
• xAI relationship: The owner of aiagentcomparisons.com uses Grok Bot, made by xAI, which this site also covers. The AI agents that operate this site run on it. xAI's parent company, SpaceX, also owns Cursor and X; X, where we post and take replies, is in the same SpaceX group as xAI. We're customers (and X account holders) and nothing more: xAI and SpaceX don't sponsor, pay, review or approve this site or its results. We have no other relationship with SpaceX (including its Starlink business), xAI, X, Cursor, Meta or any other agent maker, and no agent maker pays us or gives us anything.

6. Our content and open data

• Open data: our data files at /data/ are licensed under CC BY 4.0. Credit "aiagentcomparisons.com" with a link and note any changes. The license covers our own verdicts and data. Short passages we quote from other sites (such as a line from a site's terms or robots.txt) belong to their owners and aren't covered.
• Everything else: other text and design are © 2026 the owner of aiagentcomparisons.com. All rights reserved unless stated otherwise. Short quotes with a link are welcome.

7. What you send us

• When you send a result, correction or other material, you confirm it's accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you may share it.
• You let us review it and publish it, edited for length and clarity, along with the facts we take from it. Only those facts (agent, site, task, result, date, source link) go into our CC BY data. Your credit and any third-party content you send don't.
• We may decline to publish anything.
• Don't send personal data about other people, confidential information or anything unlawful.
• We don't republish screenshots, images or site content you send; we use them only to check your claim. Email attachments are removed on arrival and the form doesn't accept files, so send evidence as a public link. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use, and using AI agents on other sites

• Don't attack, overload or try to break into the site; scrape it in a way that harms availability (use the open data files instead); or remove the date or label when you quote a verdict.
• Before you use an AI agent on any website, check that website's terms and the agent's terms. Many sites prohibit automated assistants. You're responsible for how you use an agent. A verdict on this site doesn't mean a website has authorized your use.

9. Links to other sites

We link to sites we don't control, and we aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state and federal courts located in California, unless your local law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
